Meet Your Psychiatrist
Dr. Daniel Grine, MD
Dr. Grine treats preteens, adolescents, and adults in both outpatient and inpatient settings. He earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, completed his psychiatry residency at HCA HealthONE, and served as Chief Resident.
He specializes in complex psychiatric care, including treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar and psychotic disorders, difficult medication regimens, benzodiazepine tapers, and substance use disorders. He also treats ADHD, behavioral and mood disorders in preteens and teens, with experience in parent coaching and higher levels of care.
His academic interests include catatonia and the neuroscience of psychiatric illness, including genetics and medication mechanisms.
